Shipping

I ensure all of my stained glass pieces are shipped with great care and attention. I pack all items carefully in bubble wrap and bio-degradable packing peanuts.

• US Shipping: I ship USPS priority mail/ UPS mail depending on weight.

• Duration of Shipping: When sent via priority mail / UPS generally 1-4 business days. This may vary due to weather or unforeseen conditions out of my control.

• Handling Time: 3-7 days Up to a month for made to order/custom orders

Damaged Items upon arrival

It’s always such a bummer having an item end up damaged during shipping. While in the mail’s care sometimes things happen and you can’t control them… this is one of them.

If this ends up being an issue with your purchase… please send me a message within 48 hours. We’ll make arrangements to get everything taken care of and you a happy customer!

**There are times when I am unable to match the same glass, due to discounted glass… or just not in stock. I will do my best to try and match the original.**

Custom Order Cancellations

I don’t mind canceling orders, but it must be canceled before I begin. When I have cut the glass on custom pieces… there will be no cancellations allowed. Your deposit will be withheld to cover costs.
